Fitzwilliam Ltd. has been supplying fine Asian Antiques to discriminating dealers, collectors and museums since 1979. Every piece is sold with the guarantee that it is of the period and provenance stated, to the best of our knowledge and belief at the time of sale.

Fitzwilliam Ltd. guarantees for one year after the original purchase of any work of art, valued at more than US$1,000.00, the right to exchange for another work of art. In the unlikely event that scientific testing shows, or the opinion of at least two accredited experts is that the piece is not of the period or provenance described in the sale agreement then the purchaser has the right to a full refund or exchange for equivalent value of other works of art. This guarantee is conditional and the work of art must be in the same condition as when purchased, subject to final approval by Fitzwilliam Ltd.

Shipping, insurance, and all other administrative expenses are not covered by this guarantee nor included in the purchase price. The customer assumes the responsibility for all shipping and insurance unless other arrangements are made, in writing, with Fitzwilliam Ltd.
